Ryan’s journey in the pest control industry is deeply rooted, having gained extensive experience through his family business, Viking Pest Control, where he served as the owner and CEO. His industry influence is expansive, as he has contributed significantly to various organizations, including serving on the Board of Directors for Copesan Services, the New Jersey Pest Control Association, and Quality Pro. Additionally, he held the role of Region Director for the National Pest Management Association. In recognition of his entrepreneurial spirit, Ryan was honored with the National Young Entrepreneur Award by the National Pest Management Association in 2013 and was named an NJBIZ Forty Under 40 award recipient in 2016. Ryan’s astute leadership and forward-thinking vision have played a pivotal role in Rockit Pest’s remarkable journey, driving both organic growth and the successful acquisition of nearly 20 pest control companies.

Brett brings a wealth of expertise with over 25 years in finance, accounting, mergers and acquisitions, human resources, and information technology. His extensive experience spans both privately and publicly owned companies across diverse sectors such as infrastructure services, environmental services, telecommunications, manufacturing, and retail. Brett’s impressive track record includes serving as the CFO for four private equity-owned firms, guiding each successfully through phases of organic expansion and strategic mergers and acquisitions.

With over 25 years of diverse leadership experience, Jeff has successfully navigated various sectors, from the military to the corporate landscape.  He served with distinction as an Officer in the US Army for 5 years, showcasing his exceptional leadership skills and dedication to duty. In the civilian realm, he held pivotal roles in renowned service-oriented corporations like DHL and Iron Mountain. Jeff’s expertise shines in decentralized branch and facility operations, where he has excelled in managing complex logistical networks, warehousing, and various other operational domains. His multifaceted experience equips him with a profound understanding of both structured military environments and the dynamic challenges of the corporate world, making him a versatile and highly effective leader.

Cherissa brings an extensive background in sales and marketing, with over 25 years of experience. For 13 of those years, she held prominent marketing leadership positions within the pest control industry. Her experience encompasses diverse environments, ranging from large corporate operations including managing the residential marketing for the world’s largest pest control company, to both private equity backed and family-owned enterprises, with marketing strategy management and execution of over 80 pest control brands. She has a passion for helping acquired companies increase sales effectiveness by implementing comprehensive marketing strategies.

With over 15 years of multifaceted experience in transportation, logistics, data management, and secure storage, John is a visionary in operations management. He excels in integrating acquired companies and crafting innovative solutions that enhance accountability, productivity, and cost efficiency. John’s leadership is characterized by a passion for driving operational excellence, empowering teams, and maximizing ROI. His history of groundbreaking initiatives and strategic expertise position him as a driving influence at Rockit Pest, shaping future-ready and agile operational systems.
