Ryan is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Rockit Pest. He is the former CEO of Viking Termite & Pest Control, which serviced NJ, NY, PA, DE, and MD. Ryan has served on the Board of Directors for Copesan Services (an alliance of regional pest control providers serving commercial customers throughout North America), the New Jersey Pest Control Association, QualityPro, and as the Director of Region 1 for the National Pest Management Association. He received the National Young Entrepreneur Award from the National Pest Management Association in 2013 and was recognized as an NJBIZ Forty Under 40 award winner in 2016. Currently, Ryan is also a director at Pelsis.
Now making his home in Tampa, Florida with his wife and two children, Ryan enjoys coaching youth sports, playing golf, boating, and traveling.

John serves as the CFO of Rockit Pest. He began his career in public accounting, spending time both in the Audit and Advisory practices at a Big 4 accounting firm. Afterwards, he served as Director of Finance and then CFO of a $50M software and services organization headquartered in South Carolina.

Beth serves as Business Development Manager at Rockit Pest. She began her career working in economic development and then as a contractor for the military. She held various leadership roles that assisted Veterans and/or their family members in a variety of ways, ranging from stepping in after a loss of a soldier to helping a Veteran transition into a civilian career. Before joining Rockit, she worked for the University of South Carolina, leading the Employer Relations team in the Career Center.
Outside of work, Beth enjoys scuba diving, (the occasional) sky dive, baking and decorating cakes, and spending time with her husband and daughter. She also volunteers her time as an executive committee member for South Carolina's division of Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR).
